Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Fantasy Music, a WhatsApp-based service that turns a story you tell us into an original song. By messaging our WhatsApp number or buying credits, you're agreeing to these terms.

1. What the service is

You tell us who a song is for and why, over WhatsApp. We use that, together with AI tools (Claude for lyrics, a third-party Suno-based engine for the music), to generate a song and cover art, delivered back to you on WhatsApp. Your first song is free. After that, songs are paid for with credits bought in packs.

2. Who can use it

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. If you're younger than that, please use Fantasy Music with a parent or guardian's involvement and don't make purchases yourself.

3. Payments and credits

4. Your song, and an honest note on AI and rights

The lyrics are written from what you tell us. The music is generated by a third-party AI system. We give you the finished song to use personally, share, and enjoy. We want to be upfront about something rather than let you find out later: AI-generated music is a genuinely new and still-unsettled area of copyright law, and the underlying AI music engine we use is, at the time of writing, involved in active industry litigation over how these systems are trained. We can't guarantee a specific legal ownership status for AI-generated audio, because as of today, nobody can. If you're planning to use a song made here for something commercial beyond personal enjoyment and sharing, that's worth knowing going in.

5. Your custom voice

If you choose to clone your voice, you're giving us a short voice recording specifically to build a reusable voice model, used only to generate songs for your account. We don't use your voice for anyone else's songs, and you can ask us to delete it at any time (see Privacy Policy).

6. The Fantasy, sharing your song publicly

7. What you can't do

We can suspend or end access for anyone who does these things, without a refund of unused credits obtained through abuse.

8. No guarantees on quality

We do real work to make every song good, but this involves AI systems that vary and can be imperfect. We don't guarantee a specific outcome, style match, or level of accuracy in every generated song.

9. Limitation of liability

Fantasy Music is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: message us on WhatsApp, or reach out at the contact details on our home page.

This document was drafted to be genuinely useful and specific to how Fantasy Music actually works, not boilerplate. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet. Recommended before a wide public launch, especially the payments, content-ownership, and liability sections.
